Take Back Your Time with AI
Practical AI tools business owners can use Monday morning.
Take Back Your Time with AI is Chris Sund’s hands-on AI workshop for business owners and their teams. It covers six areas where AI saves real hours: finding revenue, winning work, strengthening your website, creating marketing, organizing operations and building repeatable processes. Every example uses ChatGPT or Claude, a five-part prompt anyone can learn, and a person checking the result before it goes out.

What would you do with 5 hours back?
Most of a business owner’s week does not go to the work they are best at. It goes to searching, writing, following up, organizing and repeating the same tasks. The session starts there, with the room naming where their time goes, and spends the rest of the session handing as much of that list as possible to tools they can turn on this week.
Six places AI gives business owners time back
The workshop is built on six areas. Each one has a clear purpose, a real example from the session, and a prompt attendees take home. Each card links to a full guide.
Find Revenue
Find opportunities and choose the next action.
A research prompt that searches public bids, permits, planning agendas and expansion news, then sorts every result into ready to pursue and early signals, with a source for each one.

Turn a customer request into a useful response.
Paste in a quote request. AI lists what is missing, drafts the reply and the questions in order, and later builds a branded quote from pricing your team approved.
Read the guide→03Strengthen Your Website
Help customers understand your business and take the next step.
The 10-second test: can a customer tell what you do, who you serve, why to trust you and what to do next? AI reviews the site as a customer and ranks the five fixes that matter most.
Read the guide→04Create Marketing
Turn one completed project into useful content.
One finished job, its photos and a customer comment become a project page, a Google Business post, a LinkedIn post, a customer email and a sales sheet.
Read the guide→05Organize Operations
Turn scattered information into clear next steps.
Meeting notes become an action list with owners and dates. Field notes and photos become an internal change-order draft before the details are forgotten.
Read the guide→06Build Repeatable Processes
Capture what your experienced people know.
An experienced employee talks through the job for ten minutes. AI turns the transcript into an SOP, and anything unclear is marked for expert review.
Read the guide→Tell AI Five Things
Every prompt in the session follows the same five-part structure, so attendees can write their own after they leave. The full framework, with examples for other industries, is on Tell AI Five Things: The Five-Part Prompt.
Role
Who is it?“Act as an estimator.”
Task
What should it do?“Draft a quote.”
Details
What should it know?“Use these job details.”
Format
What should it make?“Create a one-page PDF.”
Guardrails
What must it avoid?“Do not invent prices.”
Role+Task+Details+Format+Guardrails
If the first result is weak, add the detail you left out.
Four steps, every time
Each example in the session is shown the same way, so people can see exactly where AI helps and where their own judgment stays in charge. Here is the quote-request example.
Answer a new quote request
A customer emails asking for a price. The request is missing half of what you need to quote it.
The email and the rules
The customer’s request, pasted in, plus a five-part prompt that says what to find and what never to invent.
The gaps and a reply
A list of missing information, the questions to ask in order, a professional response and a simple next step.
Facts before it is sent
Nothing about scope, quantities, pricing or dates was made up. Then a person sends it. The estimate waits for facts.
Look for one task you can use Monday.
The quote-request prompt, in full
This is one of the prompts attendees use in the room. Copy it, replace the bracketed text, and paste a real customer email at the bottom. AI finds the gaps. Your team confirms the job.
Every prompt from the workshop, grouped by the six areas, is in the free AI Prompt Library for Business Owners.
Monday Morning: Choose One
Nobody leaves with a list of twenty things to try. Each person picks one task that passes four checks:
- I do it every week.
- It takes time I could use elsewhere.
- I have the information AI needs.
- I can check the result.
Good first choices: draft a customer reply, turn meeting notes into next steps, or turn a finished project into marketing. Then they fill in one line, tell a partner, and try it Monday.

Built for the people who run the business
The examples come from running a company, not from a product demo, so the session works for owners, managers and the people who do the day-to-day work.

Keynote, half day or full day
Every format is delivered in person and tailored by industry: the examples are rewritten for your audience, so a dental group sees patient questions, a dealer meeting sees parts and service requests, and a contractor association sees bids and change orders.
The six areas in one session
The framework, live examples from all six areas, and the Monday Morning close. Works as a general session or a breakout for a conference or company meeting.
Hands-on with your own work
Attendees bring the tasks that eat their week and build their own prompts with the five-part framework, then test them on real examples.
Teams build their own workflows
A hands-on workshop where teams build and test their own workflows across the six areas and leave with a written plan for who uses what, starting Monday.
Tailored by industry
Before the event, Chris rewrites the examples around the work your audience actually does, using your industry’s requests, documents and customers.
The field guide
Attendees receive the field guide with every prompt, the worksheets and a simple plan, emailed as a PDF after the session.
Tool-neutral
Every prompt runs in ChatGPT or Claude. No software to buy, no IT project, nothing to install.
AI Workshops by Industry
The same six areas and five-part prompt, with examples rewritten for your audience before the event. Pick your industry for the examples, guardrails and formats that fit.

MICA, then NFBA
Chris delivered Take Back Your Time with AI to close the MICA 2026 Fall Business Meetings in Omaha in October 2026, and presents it at the NFBA Conference & Expo in Columbus, Ohio, in February 2027.
His topics are well researched, and he weaves in practical tips and real-life examples that make every session realistic and relatable.
Chris consistently brings knowledge, insight, and practical advice to every presentation, elevating the value he brings to every engagement.
Chris would be an incredible addition to any live audience. Each time he finds a unique way to connect on both a personal and professional level, keeping everyone engaged and attentive.
What Planners Ask
Do attendees need AI experience?
No. The session starts with the five-part prompt and builds from there, so people who have never opened ChatGPT can follow along. People who already use AI leave with better prompts, guardrails and a way to check the results.
Which AI tools does the session use?
ChatGPT and Claude. Every prompt in the session runs in either one, and Chris shows the work in both. Nobody is asked to buy new software.
Is it safe to put company information into AI?
The session teaches guardrails for exactly that. Decide in advance what information is approved to share, leave out customer names and sensitive details unless you have permission, check the data settings on the account you use, write prompts that forbid AI from inventing prices or facts, and have a person review every output before it reaches a customer.
Can it be tailored to our industry?
Yes. The examples are rewritten for your audience before the event, using the requests, documents and customers your people actually deal with. The six areas and the framework stay the same.
Do you sell software?
No. Chris is COO of Nebula, an AI talent sourcing platform, which is part of why he uses these tools every day, but the workshop is tool-neutral and is not a pitch for Nebula or any other product.
How is this different from the AI keynote?
The AI keynote is about what AI is changing for a workforce and how leaders talk to their people about it. Take Back Your Time with AI is the practical program: the six areas, the prompts and the Monday plan.
