AI & the Future of Work Keynote Speaker

What AI Is Actually Changing About Your Workforce

Chris Sund runs Nebula, an AI-powered talent sourcing platform, alongside two staffing companies. He speaks about AI from the position of someone deploying it against real payroll and real hiring decisions — not predicting the future, but reporting from inside the change.

What Your Audience Walks Out With

Most AI keynotes are either a demo reel or a warning. Neither helps a leader decide what to do on Monday. Chris talks about where AI has genuinely changed his operation, where it was oversold, and the question underneath all of it — what happens to the people doing work a tool can now do faster.

  • Where AI produced real gains in a live operation — and where it did not
  • What it changes about hiring, sourcing, and the shape of a team
  • How to talk to your people about it without either panic or spin
  • The judgment and relationship work that has gotten more valuable, not less
  • Original research: 92% believe they are capable of more than they are doing now

What Planners Ask

Is this a technical session?

No. Chris is an operator, not an engineer, and the talk is about decisions rather than architecture. Audiences do not need a technical background to follow it.

Is he selling his platform from the stage?

No. Nebula is why he has real examples, and he will name it as context, but the session is not a product pitch and planners should hold him to that.

Will it scare our people?

The opposite is the goal. Rooms are already anxious; what helps is someone being specific about what is actually changing rather than leaving it to imagination.

Can he tailor to our industry?

Yes. The examples come from staffing and healthcare, but the underlying questions — what to automate, what to protect, how to tell your team — are the same everywhere.

The Book

You Are Capable of More

The bestselling book behind the keynotes — ten principles for closing the gap between what people are doing and what they are actually capable of. It reads differently in a moment when people are wondering what is still theirs to do.

Organizations regularly pair a keynote with copies for attendees. Bulk pricing and signed editions are available.

Meet Chris

He Is Deploying It, Not Forecasting It

Chris is President & COO of Uniti Med, GQR Healthcare, and Nebula — an AI-powered talent sourcing platform. That last one means the AI conversation is his operating reality, with a P&L attached.

He took Uniti Med from startup to one of the largest healthcare staffing firms in the country: 10x revenue growth, #3 fastest-growing in the Midwest on the Inc. Regionals, and a Fortune Best Workplaces award.

He is a bestselling author, a Maxwell Leadership Certified coach, an Inc. contributor, and a Forbes Business Council member.
