About the Event

Leading long-term care
across Montana.

The Montana Health Care Association represents long-term and post-acute care providers across Montana — the skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and care organizations serving the state’s seniors and their families. Its conference brings together administrators, directors, and frontline leaders for education and connection around the workforce, leadership, and operational challenges shaping care in Montana.

The Sessions

You Are Capable of More

A keynote plus an interactive Leadership Exchange session.

◆ About the Sessions

Rooted in Chris’s book of the same name, this keynote challenges healthcare professionals to look past self-imposed limits and tap into the capability they already have. Through real stories and a practical framework, attendees leave with the mindset and tools to push through adversity, lead themselves first, and show up as the best version of who they are — for their teams, their residents, and themselves.

Plus — The Leadership Exchange. An interactive, peer-to-peer session built for candid conversation. Chris facilitates an open exchange among healthcare leaders on the real challenges of leading teams today — retention, culture, motivation, and change — turning shared experience into practical takeaways each leader can bring back to their organization.

About the Book
About the Association

Montana Health Care Association.

MHCA represents long-term and post-acute care providers across Montana — skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities and the teams caring for older Montanans, often in towns hours from the nearest larger hospital. The association advocates for members at the state level and provides the education their staff rely on.

The Annual Convention and Exposition brings the membership together each fall in Billings for education, a trade show and the connection that comes from a state where everyone knows the distances involved.
