The YP Summit is the largest young professionals conference in the country, and it happens in Omaha. Each March it brings more than 1,500 emerging leaders together at the CHI Health Center for a day of keynotes, breakout sessions and connection, built by a volunteer committee of young professionals themselves.
The 2025 edition ran under the theme Igniting the Future: Celebrating 20 Years of Vision, marking two decades of the Summit. The Chamber runs it as part of a broader young professionals program aimed at building community, retaining talent and attracting new people to the region.
