Spring Living Retirement Communities is a Canadian retirement living operator and the retirement community platform of the Baz Group of Companies. It began five years ago with two residences and now operates 28 communities in Ontario and Quebec, serving more than 3,500 residents.The company acquires and repositions retirement residences, then invests in renovations, operations and resident-centred services. Chris has spent the past decade in healthcare staffing and has spoken to long-term and post-acute care leaders at state health care associations, LeadingAge Illinois and AHCA. For Spring Living, he will shape the session around what its community leaders are working on: keeping good people, building a culture residents and families feel, and leading teams through constant change.
