A Session That Fits the Event You Are Actually Planning
Appreciation lunch, leadership offsite, milestone celebration, team day — company events come in every shape, and the wrong keynote is the one built for a different room. Chris Sund adapts format, length, and tone to what your event is for, then delivers something people quote afterward.

Built Around Your Event, Not the Other Way Around
Some events need forty-five minutes of substance. Some need twenty minutes after a meal, with the room half-social. Some need a working session where people actually decide something. Chris will tell you which one your event calls for, and he would rather right-size the session than sell you the biggest version of it.
- Formats from a twenty-minute after-dinner talk to a half-day working session
- Material that lands whether people came to learn or came to celebrate
- Original research: 92% believe they are capable of more than they are doing now
- Content tuned to your industry and the reason you are gathering
- A speaker who works the room before and after, not just during

What Event Planners Ask
How long should the session be?
Depends on the event. After a meal, twenty to thirty minutes is usually right. A dedicated session runs forty-five to sixty. Chris will tell you honestly which your event needs rather than defaulting to the longest option.
Our event is social, not a conference. Does that work?
Yes, and it changes the material. A room that came to celebrate needs a different structure than a room that came to take notes. Chris builds for the mood you are actually creating.
Can he handle A/V limitations?
Yes. Chris has spoken in ballrooms, warehouses, and rooms with no stage and a handheld mic. He will work with what the venue gives you.
Will he stay and mingle?
Yes. For most company events that is half the value — people get to talk to him rather than just watch him.

You Are Capable of More
The bestselling book behind the keynotes — ten principles for closing the gap between what people are doing and what they are actually capable of.
Companies often hand out copies at appreciation events and milestone celebrations. It makes a better takeaway than branded merchandise and keeps the message alive. Bulk pricing and signed editions are available.

He Plans These Events Too
Chris is President & COO of Uniti Med, GQR Healthcare, and Nebula, which means he has been on the planning side of appreciation events, offsites, and celebrations — and has watched a mismatched speaker flatten a good room.
He took Uniti Med from startup to one of the largest healthcare staffing firms in the country: 10x revenue growth, #3 fastest-growing in the Midwest on the Inc. Regionals, a Fortune Best Workplaces award, and world-class employee NPS.
He is a Maxwell Leadership Certified coach, a bestselling author, an Inc. contributor, and a Forbes Business Council member.
