Wednesday, May 26, 2027 · 10:00–10:45 am · Breakout Room, Omaha Marriott Downtown
Bill rates in travel healthcare staffing have tightened, and the room between what a facility pays and what it costs an agency to recruit, place, and support a clinician has narrowed with them. This panel looks at how agencies protect margin in that market and still grow.
Panelists: Andrew Ives, Tom Lingle, Chris Sund, and Meg Vernon.
Chris is President and COO of Uniti Med, GQR Healthcare, and Nebula, and has spent the past decade in healthcare staffing. He serves as Vice President of the NATHO Board of Directors and becomes President of the association in May 2027.
At TalentTrack 2026 he delivered Industry Pulse: Where Healthcare Staffing Stands Now. He returns in 2027 on The Margin Squeeze panel, bringing an operator’s view of margin: he answers for how a staffing business grows and what it keeps, and he led Uniti Med’s core brand through 10x revenue growth. More on that side of his work is on his staffing agency growth page.
Cocktails Tuesday, panel Wednesday at 10.
Schedule as published by TalentTrack. The program continues with Playing to Win: VMS/MSP Strategies That Drive Placements; The Sticky Agency: How to Keep Travelers Coming Back; Built, Not Born: How Elite Recruiters Are Made; and the 2027 Industry Pulse Check. Registration is through talenttrackconference.com.
