Reward the Year. Equip the Next One.
President’s Club trips, sales awards dinners and year-end recognition events are for the people who carried the number. Chris Sund gives them a shorter keynote that honors what they did and sends them into next year with something they can use.

Celebratory, But Not Empty
The people in this room already believe they can perform. That is why they are there. The risk at a President’s Club or awards night is a keynote that either lectures them or says nothing at all. Chris keeps it warm and short enough to protect the celebration, and specific enough that top performers take one idea into January.
- Recognition of the work itself, not a generic salute to hard work
- Why the next tier is available even to the people already at the top
- One usable practice for next year from the sales frameworks
- Timing that protects the awards program instead of competing with it
- A message spouses and guests on the trip connect with too
Programs for Recognition Events
Every session is customized to who is being honored and why.
You Are Capable of More: Sales
For sales awards and President’s Club: consistency, rejection resilience, LAARC for objections, and LOCKS, Chris’s deal framework for cracking the code of the deal through the five conditions a buyer needs before saying yes.
You Are Capable of More
The signature keynote, delivered as encouragement rather than instruction.
Proof From Sales and Recognition Rooms
Chris delivered You Are Capable of More: Sales at the Definitive Healthcare Sales Kickoff in front of 800+ people, and keynoted the Crawford County Memorial Hospital recognition dinner in Denison, Iowa.
Chris would be an incredible addition to any live audience. I’ve seen him speak multiple times, including our Sales Kickoff in front of 800+ people, which he crushed. Each time he finds a unique way to connect on both a personal and professional level.

What Awards and Incentive Planners Ask
How long should the keynote be?
Shorter than a kickoff keynote. At an awards dinner, twenty to twenty-five minutes is usually right, because the awards are the point of the evening. A President’s Club trip with a morning session can take a longer keynote.
Where in the program does it go?
At a dinner, typically after the meal and before the awards, which gives the recognition more weight. On a President’s Club trip, it often opens the one business session of the trip.
Will he know who is being recognized?
Yes. Chris asks who is being honored and why before the event, so the message connects to the specific people in the room, not top performers in general.
Does he travel for destination events?
Yes. Chris speaks at destination and international events. See international keynotes for more on travel.
Is it purely celebratory?
No. The room has earned a thank-you, and gets one, but top performers also leave with something usable for next year: the consistency and objection-handling material from You Are Capable of More: Sales.
Can we give signed books as part of the awards?
Yes. A signed copy of You Are Capable of More makes a recognition gift people keep. See bulk orders for signed editions.

You Are Capable of More
The bestselling book behind the keynote, and the 2026 Paris Book Festival winner in the How-To category. Ten principles for closing the gap between what people are doing and what they are actually capable of.
A signed copy makes a recognition gift people keep. Organizations regularly pair the keynote with copies for every honoree. Bulk pricing and signed editions are available.

He Has Handed Out These Awards Himself
Chris is President & COO of Uniti Med and GQR Healthcare and COO of Nebula, and runs recognition for his own teams. He treats the keynote as support for the awards rather than the main attraction.
He took Uniti Med from startup to one of the largest healthcare staffing companies in the US: 10x revenue growth on the core brand, #3 on the Inc. Regionals list of the fastest-growing companies in the Midwest, and a Fortune Best Workplaces award. Before that he was head of sales and marketing for a brewery.
He is a Maxwell Leadership Certified coach, a bestselling author, an Inc. contributor, and a Forbes Business Council member.
