Is the leadership workshop only for people with titles?
No. It applies to everyone in the room, because you lead yourself first. It works for a C-suite retreat, a leadership team offsite or an association’s whole membership.
How is the workshop run?
Chris poses questions, attendees discuss them at their tables, and the best answers are shared with the whole room. Executives learn from each other as much as from the stage, and they meet people they would not otherwise talk to.
How long are the sessions?
Keynotes and breakouts run 50 or 75 minutes. The You Are Capable of More: Leadership workshop runs 60 to 90 minutes, depending on what you need.
