Ordinary days decide where you end up.
Mass News profiled Chris on the reason so many people give for putting their goals on hold, being too busy, and why the chapter Time Is Your Edge in You Are Capable of More makes the case for the days that seem not to matter.

Busy is not the end of the story.
Mass News ran the feature in its Lifestyle section on October 13, 2026. It starts with a familiar answer: ask people why a goal is still on hold and many say they have not had the time. Chris heard that answer in his own research, and the piece explains why he takes it seriously without accepting it as the final word.
In his survey of more than 200 working adults for You Are Capable of More, being too busy came second among the barriers people named, behind self-doubt and fear of failure and ahead of getting comfortable. Ninety-two percent said they are capable of more than they are doing, and 78 percent said they delay action on things that matter to them. None of those barriers is about ability.
The article also draws on his decade in healthcare staffing, including leading a team through COVID, when what people needed most was someone willing to make the next decision, own it and keep everyone moving.
Progress does not wait for a perfect week or an empty calendar. For anyone who feels stretched thin, the free assessment at youarecapableofmore.com shows which barriers are holding them back and where to focus first, whether or not they have read the book.
